We are dedicated to delivering our products safely and securely to conscious design enthusiasts both within India and across the globe. Each piece is nestled in 100% plastic-free, curbside-recyclable packaging and dispatched directly from our Bengaluru studio.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
Delivery: All domestic orders are packed with care in secure, plastic-free, curbside-recyclable packaging and shipped via India Post-Speed Post.
Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be meticulously inspected, hand-packed, and dispatched from our studio.
Delivery Timeline: Domestic delivery standardly takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your state and zone. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our studio.
Flat-Rate Delivery: Standard domestic shipping charges are calculated and applied automatically at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (GLOBAL CROSS-BORDER)
Delivery: All international orders are packed with care in secure, plastic-free, curbside-recyclable packaging and shipped via India Post-International Tracked Packet Service.
Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be meticulously inspected, hand-packed, and dispatched from our studio.
Delivery Timeline: International delivery standardly takes 14 to 21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our studio.
Flat-Rate Delivery: Standard international shipping charges are calculated and applied automatically at checkout based on your country and zone. This flat fee covers fully tracked international postage to our primary global destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, or VAT levied by the destination country's border authorities. The buyer is exclusively responsible for clearing these local compliance charges.
Trade Compliance: Export transactions are executed strictly in compliance with Indian foreign trade laws under active IEC and GST LUT frameworks.
EXPEDITED & PRIVATE COURIER OPTIONS
If you require your products to arrive sooner than our standard delivery timelines, expedited shipping via private courier networks (such as DHL, FedEx, or Blue Dart) can be arranged upon request. To request an expedited shipment, please review these essential guidelines:
Direct Communication: You must contact us immediately at studio@upcyclewither.com before or within 12 hours of placing your order to check operational availability.
Additional Logistics Fees: The buyer is exclusively responsible for bearing the higher commercial freight charges levied by the private courier network.
Dispatch Activation: Once the customised shipping quotation is calculated, approved by you, and the additional fee is cleared via our payment terminal, your package will be fast-tracked for immediate studio dispatch.
